The mission of the Ronald McDonald House is to provide a "home away from home" for the families of seriously ill or injured children who travel to our community for medical treatment. More than simply a comfortable bed and meals, the House will provide a safety net and support for families in a time of crisis. Some of our fashion models are "Model Moms," women who have stayed in a Ronald McDonald House and can share the story of what this wonderful House can mean for a family.
The Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte is currently under construction at 1613 East Morehead Street, located in close proximity to both Levine and Hemby Children's Hospitals. The House is scheduled to open its doors to families in need on May 9, 2011.
Please note the Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte is extending a discounted cost for
Valet Parking at $10 per car for the event attendees!
